A. $99 down delivers any building.
Q. What size buildings do you offer?
A. Smallest is 8′x8′ and largest is 12′x36′.
Q. Why should I buy metal buildings versus wood buildings?
A. Metal buildings require no maintenance.
Q. When do I make my first payment?
A. You decide. You get to choose whether you want your payment on the 1st, 5th, 10th, or 15th of the month. Your payments do not start until after your building is delivered.
Q. What if my credit is not good?
A. We have “No Credit Check” financing available.
Q. Can someone look at my lot to determine if I can get a building on it?
A. Absolutely. Either one of the sales staff or one of our delivery staff will visit your lot to determine if we can get a building on your lot and also what size building you can purchase.
Q. How many years are the buildings financed for?
A. You can either finance a building for 3 years or 4 years.
Q. Is there any penalty for paying a building off early?
A. Absolutely not. You can pay the building off whenever you would like.
